Risk, Opportunity and Strategic Integration

The board is guiding and monitoring the company on Risk, Opportunity and Strategic Integration. All of these areas are in steep change, why sharing insights with peers are important.
In this module we will address:
-Scenarios, risk, and opportunities
– Materiality assessment for boards 
– Innovation and strategic integration of sustainability for boards
– Company and country transition plans.

Incentivization, reporting & disclosure

The board should ensure that executive incentives are aligned to promote the long-term prosperity of the company, as well as to guarantee the transparency and accountability by disclosing climate-related information to stakeholders.
This module includes:
-Translating ESG into executive compensation
-Broader motivation
-Regulation and Reporting frameworks (CSRD, GRI, ISSB, etc.)

Stakeholder exchange

The Board should maintain regular exchanges and dialogues with peers, policy-makers, investors and other stakeholders to encourage the sharing of methodologies and to stay informed about the latest climate-relevant risks, regulatory requirements etc.

-Globally relevant climate policies and processes
-Industry Exchange and collaboration
-Owners and integrated perspectives
