Luísa Baltazar is a high-impact advisor, business strategist, and founder with 25+ years of international experience across Europe, Silicon Valley, and the Middle East. She specializes in social impact and innovation, AI and tech-driven business strategy, and future-proof leadership and skills — helping executives, investors, startups, and organizations navigate global shifts while driving growth and meaningful impact.

Her work with the European Innovation Council at the European Commission, Google in the UK and USA, Karolinska Institutet in Sweden, Dubai Chambers in the UAE, and as Global Team Leader for Lab42, the AI Research Lab in Davos, has equipped her with unique expertise at the intersection of technology, strategy, and impact-led leadership — at a truly global scale.

As Founder & CEO of HER Venture HUB, a women-centric social enterprise focused on building a more equitable, diverse, and peaceful world, she empowers organizations to lead innovation with purpose, not just react to change.

Fernanda Torre

Fernanda Torre is a leading expert in the field of sustainability-driven innovation, currently CEO of Next Agents, and Operations Director for Boards Impact Forum, the Nordic Chapter of the Climate Governance Initiative from the World Economic Forum. At Next Agents, Fernanda is part of the technical committee for the development of the ISO standard for Innovation Management and is the Nordic affiliate of the agile framework Rapid Learning Cycles. Fernanda is also a visiting teacher at the Stockholm School of Economics affiliated with the House of Innovation and part of the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship faculty. Fernanda has a vast experience in sustainability-driven innovation, for example leading the open innovation implementation at Stora Enso, or designing the leadership program LEAD at the Stockholm Resilience Center. She is Co-signatory of the manifesto for algorithmic development “The Biosphere Code” and co-author of the book "AI Leadership for Boards – The Future of Corporate Governance".

Evelina Lundqvist

Evelina Lundqvist is a sustainable business development and capacity-building consultant, born in Sweden and based in Austria. She's an avid circular economy, zero waste advocate, intercultural leadership and anti-racism advocate. Evelina has 20+ years of experience as a sustainability consultant in business development, capacity-building, communication, project design and management, workshop design and facilitation and more.
In 2009, she co-founded the environmental and social impact agency, www.thegoodtribe.com, which remains her base for working with clients and on her initiatives and projects. Her clients include Impact Hub Vienna, Circular Victoria, Circulise Global, Östersunds kommun, Zero Waste Europe, Das Gramm Akademie and more. Evelina holds an MBA in Business Ethics and CSR from Danube University, Austria. Evelina is a certified TRUE advisor and a mentor in training for Mission Zero Academy.

Amir Elion

A leading expert, author and advisor on innovation and creativity, digital transformation, Generative AI, and learning and development. He led the Innovation and Transformation program for Amazon Web Services in the Nordics, managed Training and Development at Motorola Solutions and Teva Pharmaceuticals, and was Director of Products in two startups building learning solutions with Virtual and Augmented Reality and adaptive learning.
He has also held strategy and innovation consulting roles, and was the chairman of the National Learning and Development conference in Israel. He published a number of books and online courses on innovation, AI, and training. Based in Stockholm, Sweden.
